This immaculate cape with a deceivingly large interior is 100 steps away from the Life Guard protected beach and surfing beach. Unique location on shortest block of the island. House is 100 steps from the ocean and also 100 steps away from bay beach, sunsets, playground, windsurfing, pickle ball, basketball, dog park, stand up paddle board/kayak rentals and weekly outdoor concerts. 2 blocks from Friday firepit nights and 5 blocks from ice cream + burgers.
Sleeps 12, pet friendly, and honest, attentive owners.
